Ng Soon Kai graduated in 1989 from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) 2nd Class Upper Division Honours degree. He was amongst the top 10% of his graduating class. He practised with Messrs Lee & Lee for the first 3 years of practice before joining Messrs Colin Ng & Partners where he was a partner. He left in March 1995 to set up M/s Chong & Ng. He is in his eleventh year of practice. He does mainly litigation work. He is currently acting for a major bank and another financial institution in debt-recovery matters that involves hire-purchase agreements; equipment leasing agreements; banking claims related to various types of bank facilities etc. Attlee Hue Kuan Yew Attlee Hue has been in practice since 1991 primarily in areas relating to corporate and conveyancing work. Prior to joining the firm, he was with Messrs Allen & Gledhill as a start and subsequently practised for 2 years with Messrs Lee & Lee and about 3 years with Messrs David Chong & Co. He is also an associate with Messrs Aziz & Mazlan, a legal firm in Malaysia. He leads the corporate department in the company and handles all general corporate matters including takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate secretarial matters. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of Singapore in 1991, an advocate and solicitor of Malaya in 1994 and a solicitor of England and Wales in 1994. In 1996, he obtained his MBA in Investment and Finance from the University of Hull, England and graduated with Distinction. Lim Yee Ming Lim Yee Ming is currently in his 9th year of practice. He graduated in 1992 from the National University of Singapore and joined Messrs Drew and Napier first as a pupil and later as a legal assistant after his admission to the Singapore Bar in 1993. At Messrs Drew & Napier, Yee Ming's main area of practice was in litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property-related matters, although he also handled other commercial disputes covering a wide range of areas such as contractual disputes, estates and trusts, landlord and tenant matters, licensing and franchise disputes, and building and construction disputes. After six years at Messrs Drew & Napier, Yee Ming joined Messrs Kelvin Chia Partnership in 1998 where he was a partner. He subsequently joined the company in September 2000. Slim Tan Slim Tan is a graduate from the National University of Singapore. She is in her 9th year of practice. She joined the company in January 2000. She does principally corporate and Intellectual property related work. Low Yew Shen Low Yew Shen is a graduate from the National University of Singapore . He is in his 2nd year of practice. He joined the company in August 2000. He assists the partners and is involved in general litigation and corporate work.
